- Creator Data: Social handles, channel links, metrics.
- Payment: Processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store card details.
- Usage: IP, browser, pages visited.
- Cookies: Session, analytics, preference cookies.
2. How We Use It
- Provide and maintain creator management services
- Process payments via Razorpay
- Send service updates and brand opportunities
- Improve website experience via analytics
- Comply with Indian law
3. Cookies
We use cookies to enhance browsing. You may disable them in browser settings, though some features may be affected.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Sharing only with: Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), brand partners (with your explicit consent), legal authorities (if required).

Terms & Conditions

By engaging Risefluencer's services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Models
We offer two models: (a) The Retainer — fixed monthly subscription; (b) The Partnership — revenue-share commission. Specific terms are in the Creator Agreement signed at onboarding.
2. Agency-Creator Relationship
Risefluencer acts as a management representative and is not an employer. Growth projections are estimates based on past performance.
3. Revenue-Share
Under The Partnership, Langfluencer earns 20–30% commission on brand deals we source and close. Commissions are payable within 7 business days of creator receiving payment.
4. Creator Obligations
- Provide accurate channel metrics at onboarding
- Maintain active social presence per agreed calendar
- Disclose all existing brand partnerships
- Provide 60-day notice before engaging competing agencies
- Comply with ASCI influencer marketing regulations
5. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice (Retainer) or 60 days' notice (Partnership). Pending brand deals must be completed or handed over.
6. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to Chennai courts.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The Retainer — Monthly Subscription
Cancellation: Provide written notice to billing@langfluencer.com at least 7 days before next billing date.
Full Refund: Within 48 hours of first payment if no services rendered.
Partial Refund: Pro-rated for unused days within first 7 days, at our discretion.
No Refund: After 7 days if services have been rendered (calls, reviews, outreach, reports).
2. The Partnership — Rev-Share
No upfront payments. Commissions on completed deals are non-refundable.
3. Digital Products
Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Technical issues: contact support@risefluencer.com within 48 hours.
4. How to Request
Email billing@risefluencer.com with: name, email, Razorpay payment ID, and reason. Approved refunds within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
